Leigh Germann holds a professional license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). However, she is not acting in the capacity of a licensed mental health professional in delivering Leadership Parenting™ programs, courses, memberships, or content. All Resources are delivered in her capacity as an educator and coach, not as a clinical provider.
Any action you take based on the contents of the Website or the Resources is solely at your own discretion, risk, and responsibility. The Company expressly recommends that you seek guidance from a qualified professional when you are dealing with clinical mental health concerns, medical issues, or any matter requiring individualized professional judgment.
RELATIONSHIP DISCLAIMER: WEBSITE, MEMBERSHIP, AND COURSE USE
Your use of this Website, including any participation in Leadership Parenting™ programs, courses, memberships, workshops, live calls, or community spaces, does not create a therapist-client relationship, a counselor-client relationship, or a physician-patient relationship between you and the Company or Leigh Germann.
It also does not create a coaching relationship. Leadership Parenting™ courses, memberships, and content resources are educational tools, not individualized coaching. Leigh Germann is not acting as your personal coach by virtue of your enrollment in any course, membership, or free resource.
If you are engaged in 1:1 coaching with Leigh Germann directly, a coach-client relationship does exist for that engagement, and it is governed by the separate Coaching Agreement you signed at the time of enrollment. The terms of that agreement apply to your coaching relationship. This Disclaimer applies to all other use of the Website, platform, and Resources.
CONFIDENTIALITY LIMITATIONS
Because no clinical relationship exists in the context of the Website, platform, courses, and membership, the confidentiality protections that apply to licensed mental health services, including those established by HIPAA and applicable state licensing laws, do not apply to your participation in Leadership Parenting™ programs or community spaces. Please do not share sensitive clinical information within this platform with the expectation that it will receive the same protections afforded to clinical communications.
Confidentiality in 1:1 coaching is addressed in the Coaching Agreement and applies specifically to that relationship, within the limits described therein.
MANDATED REPORTING OBLIGATION
Leigh Germann remains a mandated reporter under applicable state law, regardless of the non-clinical nature of the Leadership Parenting™ platform. This means that if Leigh Germann becomes aware of suspected child abuse, elder abuse, neglect, or a credible threat of harm to self or others, she is legally required to report this information to the appropriate authorities. This obligation exists in all contexts, including coaching, educational programs, and community interactions.
WHO THIS PLATFORM IS DESIGNED TO SERVE
Leadership Parenting™ is designed to support well-functioning parents who are seeking to build skills, resilience, and more intentional parenting practices. It is not designed for parents who are currently experiencing active trauma symptoms, severe mental health conditions, domestic violence situations, substance dependency, or any other circumstances that require clinical intervention.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, symptoms of a diagnosable mental health condition, or any situation requiring professional clinical care, please contact a licensed mental health professional, your physician, or emergency services immediately. We genuinely want you to get the right level of support for where you are.
USER RESPONSIBILITY
By using this Website and Resources, you accept personal responsibility for the results of your actions and decisions. You recognize that your success will be shaped by your own efforts, circumstances, and choices. You agree that the Company has not made any guarantees about results.
