You love your children. That's part of why this feels so heavy.
You can be standing in the kitchen answering one child's question while another is crying, the dishes are still in the sink, and you're already thinking about everything you haven't done. Then someone asks for one more thing, or refuses to put on shoes, or melts down over the wrong color cup, and your voice gets sharper than you meant it to.
A few minutes later you're replaying it. Why did I react like that? Am I making this worse? You're tired from taking care of everyone else, and you're worried that your tiredness is affecting your children.
You love them deeply, and still, there are days when you're counting the minutes until bedtime and feeling guilty for it.
"I feel like I found Leigh's podcast at a crucial time in my life. I'm 5 months postpartum with my second baby and everything just felt so overwhelming. It's the thing I look forward to everyday."

Why this hasn't been solved yet
You've already tried. That's the part no one acknowledges.
You've put real effort into this. The reason it hasn't worked isn't that you didn't try hard enough. It's that most parenting help isn't built for the moment you actually need it.
You've read the parenting books
Usually after your kids are finally asleep. They give you a good idea, but it's gone by the time your child is screaming and your body is already tense.
You've saved the posts and tips
They tell you what to do about the behavior, without explaining the developmental capacity underneath it or what happens in your own body first.
You've followed advice built for a quieter life
It assumes endless patience, plenty of time, and a calm house to practice in. That isn't the house you're standing in.
That isn't a character flaw. It's a broken approach. You don't need more pressure to become a different kind of mother. You need a clear way to understand what's happening, and support you can actually use in the middle of real life.
The Leadership Parenting Journey
One membership. The whole path.
The membership walks you through the entire journey, in order and at your pace.
Calm your body
Learn what your nervous system is doing before the reaction takes over, and how to work with it instead of being run by it.
Direct your mind
Change the thinking that keeps you stuck, and quiet the critic in your head that gets loudest on the hard days.
Understand your child
How children's brains develop, what your child can actually handle at the age she is, and what your job is at each stage.
Parent with a plan
Put all of it to work. What to say, what to do, how you solve problems together, and where you're headed as a family.
What's included
Live support, a clear path, and tools for the hard moment.
Weekly live calls with Leigh
Sixty minutes, every week. We take that week's episode of the Leadership Parenting podcast and go further into how it works in your own house, I answer the questions you've sent me, and anyone who wants to work on something on the call gets time to do it. One call each month is devoted to that month's workshop, taking your questions and putting it into application at home. Every call is recorded, so you can catch what you missed.
Ask Leigh, even anonymously
Send me your question any time, with your name or without it. I answer questions on the weekly live call. No name needed for the question you're afraid sounds silly. Every call is recorded, so your answer is waiting for you whether or not you could be there.

A new workshop every month
Recorded and added to the Library, so you keep learning on your own schedule. Every workshop stays, so what you get keeps growing.
Quick Calming Tools
Five-minute resets and in-the-moment support for when you're about to yell or your child is melting down.
Scripts, guides, and cheat sheets

"Her approach has been both insightful and compassionate, helping me navigate through situations with clarity and reassurance. She has equipped me with practical tools to trust my intuition and find direction in my life. Leigh's kindness and gentle suggestions have made it easy to explore changes without feeling judged or unheard."

Why this works
Most parenting advice starts once the problem is already happening. This starts earlier.
You learn to understand your child's developmental needs and recognize what's happening in your own nervous system before the reaction takes over. Then you have a place to ask a real question, hear the answer explained in context, and return to the teaching when the same pattern comes up again.
The goal isn't to remember another rule, which doesn't seem possible anyway. It's to understand enough that you can make an informed, intentional decision about what you're going to do next. Your child is still growing and her brain isn't finished. You get to learn how to lead her from where she actually is.
"Leigh clearly explains the physiological side of parenting struggles and balances it with approachable tips to apply to everyday life."

Why I built this
"Leigh is so easy to listen to and I feel calmer and more hopeful after each episode of her podcast. My husband and I listen together and we both find it helpful."
From a listener review
I'm a therapist and a mom of five.
For more than 30 years I've helped women and families become calmer and more sure of themselves. Thousands of mothers, hundreds of families. I've also lived the ordinary pressure of caring for children and trying to make good decisions when you're tired.
Alongside that work I've done advanced training in positive psychology and in how the nervous system works under pressure.
What I teach isn't a collection of tips I gathered. It's the Resiliency System, a methodology I built over those 30 years, and it starts with you rather than with your child.
I created every part of the Resilient Mom Membership for the woman who's doing her best but doesn't want to keep carrying every hard moment alone. You don't need another person telling you to be more patient. You need someone who understands the child in front of you, the mother you are becoming, and the nervous system underneath both.
Seeing moms feel stronger and more confident in their parenting is why I do this work. I never get tired of it, because it doesn't stop with them. It creates calmer homes, and kids who grow up resilient.
Calm your body. Direct your mind. Parent with a plan.
Resilient moms raise resilient kids.

Questions moms ask
Before you join
When does it open?
Soon. I'm finishing the last of the build now. When it does open I'll write to the mothers on this list and give you several days' notice, so it isn't a surprise and you have time to think about it. There's no obligation to join.
What if I have children at different ages?
The membership is for mothers of children at any age. The Library can be browsed by your child's age or by the challenge you're facing, so you begin with what's happening in your home now.
What if I can't attend the live calls?
Every call is saved and organized by topic, age, and stage. Watch when your schedule allows, and send your question beforehand so it gets answered whether or not you're there.
What if my question feels too personal?
Send it without your name. You don't have to identify yourself to get support with something difficult, and the question you're most embarrassed by is usually the one other mothers are living too.
What if I don't know where to begin?
Start with the Start Here path. It points you to the right place based on what you need, so you're not sorting through the whole Library.
Is this another course I have to finish?
No. The Foundation is five short teaching sections you can move through at your own pace. The calls, replays, tools, and monthly workshop are there to use when they help, not to complete.
Is this therapy?
No. The Resilient Mom Membership is education and coaching. It isn't therapy, and joining doesn't create a therapeutic relationship. If you're looking for treatment, I'd encourage you to work with a licensed provider in your state. Here's the fuller answer.
