Work with me
Four ways in, depending on what you need right now.

Your go-to place for education, support, and community
The Resilient Mom Membership
This is the place I have wanted to build for a long time. The information is at your fingertips: what children need at every age and stage, how to work through a problem together, what to say when the words are escaping you. Somewhere to ask the questions that feel hard to ask. And steady reminders that you are a person as well as a mother, and that you are allowed to enjoy this.
That is the Resilient Mom Membership. Enough education to make a difference to your parenting and to your own joy, and a community of women doing the same thing you are doing every day. Mothers who come together to get the education nobody handed them when they became a mother, and to build a plan for their parenting on purpose instead of figuring it out as they go.
I hope you will consider joining us.
$59 a month. A live call with me every week, a new workshop every month, and the whole library in between.

This is where you learn the system and become the parent you want to be
Calm and Confident Resilience Training
Do you ever know exactly what you want to do in a tense moment, how you want to be, calm and clear headed, and then the moment arrives and something rises up inside you and takes over, and every good plan you had feels impossible to use? Nobody teaches us how to steady ourselves first, so we can use all those good parenting tips.
This isn't a character flaw. It is a nervous system responding to stress, because it has never been trained. Calm and Confident Resilience Training is where you train it. You learn how to settle yourself, how to direct your own thinking, and how to see what is driving a reaction so you can change it while it is still happening. Not resilience as theory, resilience in ordinary stress and in the daily back and forth with your children.
I think every human being should have this: the owner's manual to your own nervous system, so you know what you need and how to give it to yourself.
Three ways to get trained to be a resilient mom.
- On your own. Every module and workbook, at your own pace.
- With a group. Live with me and a small group of mothers working on the same things at the same time.
- Just us. The same curriculum, one to one.

One thing at a time
Courses and Workshops
Workshops and courses are where you build the skills that solve your parenting challenges. Workshops are designed to give you enough education on a topic that you can become your own child specialist in that area. There is education and context and a workbook to help you apply what you're learning to your own situation. All in about an hour. Courses are deeper dives into areas that need more time and education to bring your skill level up to the level you need to solve your parenting challenge.
My goal is to help you get the pieces of the parenting puzzle in small sections, understanding the why, and the how of taking information and making it practical in your life. Whether you go deep through a full course or focus on one powerful shift in a workshop, each experience is designed to help you take a concept and turn it into something you can actually use, so that change doesn't just feel possible; it becomes practical.
- Only want to learn one thing? Take a single workshop.
- Interested in more than one deeper dive? The whole library comes with the membership.

This is where the work becomes personal
One to one with me
Some of what you are carrying is specific to your family. The child you worry about at night. The pattern that repeats no matter what you try. For that you need someone who knows your children and your particular circumstances, not a general answer.
In one to one coaching, we focus on what is happening in your home and in your mind right now. We work through the Calm and Confident curriculum together and apply it to your family. You have support while you learn to steady your body and direct your thoughts, so you can respond with intention in the moments that matter most.
Start with a call so we can talk about what's going on and whether personal resilience coaching is the right step.
