One to one, just us
Personal Resilience Coaching
Some things are hard to work out from a course. They need someone who knows your family, your children, and what is actually happening in your house right now.
That is what this is. You and me, working through the Resiliency System together, shaped entirely around your life. What working together looks like
One
You get the course
The full Calm and Confident curriculum is yours. All five pillars, every module, every workbook, so the teaching is already done before we sit down. Two
We work through it together
Instead of watching it alone and hoping it sticks, we take it a piece at a time and apply it to what you are living. Your children, their ages, the moment last Tuesday that you are still thinking about.Three
Then we go further
Once the foundation is in, we can go wherever you need. The parenting questions a group format cannot hold. Your own goals. The thing you have not said out loud to anyone. This might be for you
If what you need right now is treatment for a mood disorder, or care for trauma, therapy will serve you better than coaching will. Here is the difference, in plain language.
Who you would be working with
I'm a therapist and a mom of five.
For more than 30 years I've helped women and families become calmer and more sure of themselves. Thousands of mothers, hundreds of families. Along the way I did advanced training in positive psychology and in how the nervous system behaves under pressure. The Resiliency System came out of all of it. Not a set of tips I gathered, but a methodology I built. Working one to one is where I get to use every bit of it on one family at a time, which is still my favorite way to do this. The details
We start with a free call
Thirty minutes, no cost, and no pitch you have to sit through. You tell me what is going on and I tell you plainly whether I can help. If I am not the right person, I will say so and point you somewhere better.Packages are discussed on that call
There is no price on this page on purpose. What you need depends on what is happening at home, and I would rather hear that before I put a number on it. We work it out together once we have talked. There are limited spots
One to one work takes real time with each family, so I keep only a few of these going at once. If the calendar looks full, take the next open time rather than waiting for a better one.You get everything in writing first
Before we begin you receive a written coaching and skills training agreement covering the scope of the work, what it is and what it is not, and how we communicate. Nothing starts until you have read it.The first step
Book a free clarity call
Pick a time that works. Thirty minutes, just a conversation. Bring whatever is on your mind.
Once you choose a time, my scheduler will ask for your email to confirm it. That is the last step.
If the calendar will not load for you, email me at support@leighgermann.com and I will find you a time.
Not ready for a call? Calm and Confident teaches the same system, and the Resilient Mom Membership gets you a live call with me every week for a lot less.
