The following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You (“User” or “You”) and Leigh Germann, doing business as Leadership Parenting™ LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”).
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Website Disclaimer, and any other documents expressly incorporated by reference, govern your access to and use of leighgermann.com and the Leadership Parenting™ membership platform (including all hubs and resources accessed through Membership.io), including all materials, resources, and services offered through these platforms, whether as a guest or a registered user.
By accessing or using the Website, registering for a free resource, enrolling in any program, or clicking to accept these Terms when this option is made available to you, you agree to be bound by these Terms without modification and acknowledge that you have read them. If you do not agree, you may not access the Website or any Resources.
1. USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PLATFORM
To access or use the Website and Resources, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the authority to enter into these Terms. Individuals under the age of 18 are not authorized to use this Website independently.
The Company reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or update the Website or any Resource at any time in its sole discretion, without notice and without liability.
2. LAWFUL USE
You agree to use the Website and Resources for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You shall not:
• Post, share, or transmit material that violates the rights of others, is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Website or Resources to harass, harm, or stalk any individual
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, platform, or associated systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, or exploit any content or proprietary materials for commercial purposes without written consent
You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Website or platform.
3. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT AND PROFESSIONAL DISCLAIMER
All content and Resources provided through the Leadership Parenting™ platform are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, clinical counseling, medical advice, or any other licensed professional service.
Leigh Germann holds a professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). However, she is not acting in a clinical capacity in delivering Leadership Parenting™ content. No therapist-client, counselor-client, or physician-patient relationship is created by your use of this Website or participation in any program, course, membership, or community. Participation in courses, membership, or any other platform resource does not create a coaching relationship with Leigh Germann. A coach-client relationship exists only for individuals who have entered into a separate Coaching Agreement directly with Leigh Germann.

4. PROGRAMS AND SERVICES
The Company currently offers the following programs and services:
• Free Podcast Library: A complimentary gated resource library available to anyone who provides their email address through the Leadership Parenting™ website. Access is provided via a magic link delivered through our email service provider.
• Resilient Mom Membership: A recurring monthly subscription providing access to the Leadership Parenting™ membership hub, including the resource library, live calls, workshops, and additional member benefits.
• Calm and Confident Course: A 12-week self-paced or cohort-based course focused on building the mom’s own resilience through the 5 Pillars of the Resiliency System™. This course is sold separately and is not included in the Membership.
• Workshops: Individual or bundled workshops available through the Leadership Parenting™ Course and Workshop Hub.
• 1:1 Coaching: Individual coaching sessions or packages, governed by a separate Coaching Agreement that is incorporated into these Terms by reference when applicable.
Access to each program is governed by these Terms and any additional terms presented at the time of purchase, which are incorporated herein by reference.
5. FEES, BILLING, AND PAYMENT
Membership Billing
The Resilient Mom Membership is a recurring monthly subscription. The current price is listed at the time of enrollment and is subject to change with advance notice. Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month as your initial enrollment. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Courses and Workshops
Course and workshop fees are charged at the time of purchase. Payment plans, where available, will be described at checkout. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
No Insurance Coverage
Leadership Parenting™ programs are not covered by health insurance. All fees are your sole responsibility.
Failed Payments
If your payment fails, your access may be suspended until the balance is resolved. The Company is not liable for any loss of access resulting from a failed payment.
6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time by following the cancellation instructions provided in the membership platform or by contacting us at support@leighgermann.com. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
Courses and Workshops
Refund eligibility for courses and workshops will be stated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, all course and workshop sales are final.
Exceptions
The Company reserves the right to issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website and Leadership Parenting™ platform, including but not limited to the Resiliency System™, the RESET Process™, the Leadership Parenting Roadmap™, the VIP Framework, course materials, podcast episodes, workshop recordings, written resources, graphics, logos, and brand elements, are the exclusive property of Leigh Germann, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Resources for your own personal development purposes only.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any Resources without express written permission
• Use any Resources to create competing products or services
• Share login credentials or account access with others not included in your individual subscription
• Record live calls or workshops without prior written consent from the Company
8. FREE DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
The Company may make certain resources available in exchange for providing an email address (“Gated Content”). You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use Gated Content for your own personal purposes. Gated Content may not be sold, redistributed, or used to create derivative works without express written consent.
9. COMMUNITY AND USER SUBMISSIONS
If and when a community space is made available within the Leadership Parenting™ platform, you agree to engage respectfully and in accordance with any community guidelines posted therein. By posting, sharing, or submitting any content to the platform (“Submissions”), you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your Submissions for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your Submissions but represent that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.
The Company does not endorse any Submission and is not responsible for the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of content posted by users.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of the Website and platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at leighgermann.com to understand our data collection and use practices.
11. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND PLATFORMS
The Website and Leadership Parenting™ platform use third-party tools to operate, including but not limited to Membership.io (membership and content hosting), Kit (email delivery), and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Website and Resources are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company makes no warranty that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Use of the Website and Resources is at your sole risk.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Website or Resources, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Company’s total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Website or Resources shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the 30 days preceding the claim.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Website or Resources, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.
15. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Austin, Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to the Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Website or Resources after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any applicable program agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
